KYRENAICA. Kyrene. Circa 331-322 BC. 1/10 Stater (Gold, 9 mm, 0.85 g, 9 h). Head of Karneios to right, with ram's horn over his ear. Rev. Head of the nymph Kyrene (?) to right within circular incuse. BMC 68 and pl. VII, 29 (same dies). BMFA -. Naville pl. I, 16 (same dies). SNG Copenhagen 1194. Sharply struck on a very broad flan, an exceptionally well preserved and fresh little coin. A few light scrapes and scratches, otherwise, good extremely fine.
